| Court rejects bail of `Supari’ Killer | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec: 29 - Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu MS Parihar has rejected the bail application of Akram Khan s/o Ayub Ali Mughal r/o Nowshera and Jatinder Kumar s/o Bishamber Dass also resident of Nowshera, who according to the police are Supari Killers involved in the Giri encounter which left Rakesh Kumar dead.
While rejecting the bail, the CJM Jammu observed that on perusing the case dairy and the police report and considering the submissions made by both sides and keeping in view the nature of the offences allegedly committed by the applicants and in the larger interests of the society, the applicants are not entitled to bail.
