| 4 injured in grenade attacks | | |

At least four jawans of security forces were injured two of them critically when unidentified persons lobed hand grenade on security forces at two different places in central Kashmir, this afternoon here today.
Sources informed that an Army convey carrying jawans of 313 RR was attacked, when it reaches near Higher Secondary school Chandoosa, near Tangmarg. Sources said adding that unidentified person lobed hand grenades on the army convey when it was on way to Gulmarg thereby injuring two jawans critically, Sources said.
Troops of the same group immediately cordoned the nearby village Wahipora and conducted house to house search. sources added
However, no one was arrested from the village and the operation was going on till the last reports came in.
Meanwhile, in another similar incident unidentified militants hurled a grenade on CRPF personal near Naz Cinema injuring two jawans who were later rushed to Hospital.(NAK)
