| JJSF accepts resignation of Jamwal | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 28: Jammu Joint Students’ Federation (JJSF) today formally accepted resignation of former president of the federation Pratap Singh Jamwal.
In a handout issued here, it has been stated that meeting lasted for more than four hours and the resignation of Jamwal was accepted by both the bodies. It was unanimously decided that Sahil Choudhary will be new adhoc President of the JJSF until elections for post of new President are held.
Members present also took serious note of recent handouts published in papers which were issued by some self-styled leader’s miscreants. It was clarified in the meeting that some ex- members of JJSF are trying to malign the image of JJSF by holding press conferences in the name of JJSF.
It was also made clear that Kuldeep Sing Chib who is claiming to be the chairman of JJSF is not even a member of JJSF as the central body was re-constituted to the month of March 2010. Sahil along with the members of the committees appealed student community in general and activists members of the JJSSG in particular not to lend ear to rumors and extend full support to organization.
Members who were present in the meeting include Sahil Choudhary , Sanjay Sharma, Abhay Sharma, Atul, Arif, Jayoti Choudhary, Ashutosh, Sahil Gupta, Sumit Gupta, Asraf, Charan, Ankush, Rahul Thakur, Rohit Walli, Sumit Dogra, Yogesh Talwar, Rahul Ghai, Rawat Manhas, Lovely Gupta, Dalbir, Sunil, Rohit, S.Taran and others.
