Cong leader tours Kalakote areas | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU Jan 01: SENIOR Congress leader Abdul Ghani Kohli toured various places of Kalakote constituency namely Khorbani, Deolia'n, Kyrliyan, Badoon, Saroh, Renthal, Khab'arh and Sangpur. At Khorbani, Abdul Ghani Kohli participalted in Seeat-un-Nabi conference where prominent scholars Moulana Gulam Mohi-ud-Din , Baji Abdul Wahid and Baji Showkat Ahmed and others participated. Kohli in the capacity of president All J&K Seerat-un-Nabi Conference stressed to follow the sermons as made in their speeches. He also stressed to have brotherhood among all communities and should come forward to get the benefits of the development activities as lot of funds have been provided by Govt. of India. This conference was organised by Hafiz Sahib and Ch. Abdul Rehman etc. During the tour of other areas, the senior Congress leader was put forth by the locals various problems which they are confronted with. They also demanded extension of road from Parnat to Potha Dangarh which is about 5 kms. Flood protection works along the Nallah of Parnat boundary wall to Girls Middle School Kurliyan and also demanded an enquiry for the leveling of ground where more than 2 laksh have been spend. Suspension bridge at Mohalla Beragi Kurliyan and also demanded that the proposed site of bridge at Solaki be shifted to uphill area as al exisling site tbere is already a bridge at nearby place. At Lambi Bandiya (Balloon) construction bund at crate work at the sites where land are under erosion. At Sangpur, hundreds of people gathered where namardar Satnam Sharma and others made speeches and many joined congress party. The prominent among those who joined the party are Mohd Farooq, Mohd Alfaz Mirza, Mirza Reyaz, Mohd Makhna Bakerwal, Yogesh Kumar Sharma, Nazir Hussain, Mohd Rashid, Mohd Asmil, Choudhary Rashid, Choudhary Ghulam Hussain, Raja Nazir Hussain and Haji Master Mohd Lal etc.
