JAMMU, Jan 2: Demanding that 10 percent of total ‘Plan’ funds allocated annually to Member Planning Commission, Abhijit Sen, Prof of Economics JNU New Delhi, Dr Amaresh Dubey and Joint Secretary, Union Ministry of Home Affairs, K Skandan it was said that Gujjar-Bakerwal community is lagging behind in every field of life and there is an urgent need for a special Development programme or package for nomadic group who constitute third largest community of Jammu and Kashmir after Kashmiris and Dogras.
