| 2 held for hurting 2 others with scissors | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 02: Two youth were arrested by police for allegedly attacking two others with scissors in a barber shop at Bandrali in Vijaypur, about 30 km from here, today.
Police sources said Bhagat Mal of Chang and his friend Praveen Kumar of Bandrali were in a barber shop when they were attacked with scissors allegedly by Anku Bhagat and Bishan Dass of Bandrali. Bhagat and Praveen sustained injuries in their genital areas. Both were hospitalised. Police had arrested the accused and registered an attempt to murder case against them.
