JAMMU, Jan 3: Gunwant Singh has been nominated as Provincial General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP). An announcement to this effect was made by the party today in a press handout. According to the the press release, State President JKNPP and MLA Udhampur, Balwant Singh Mankotia has appointed Gunwani Singh as a Provincial General Secretary of the party.
