To orient the defence cadres with the modern management techniques Brigadier M M Choudhary, Deputy General Officer Commanding Tiger Division, today inaugurated Defence Financial Management Course for officers of Western Command at Satwari based Tiger Division Centre. Twenty five selected officers for various formations of Western Command are stated to undergo a training programme on financial, procedure and project management being imparted by the learned faculty of CDA (Training) Meerut.
Delivering a key note address on the occasion, Brigadier Choudhary gave an insight to officers on financial management at macro level while emphasizing the importance of rules and procedures as a safeguard against malpractices by ensuing transparency and accountability.
