Youth Congress celebrates “World Blind day”

JAMMU Jan 4: Pradesh Youth Congress today celebrated World Blind day at a function organized at Residential School for Blinds at Roop Nagar.
Youth Congress activist led by its president Shoaib Nabi Lone distributed gifts among the blind students. Speaking on the occasion, Lone said that no doubt schools and hostels are being run by the govt but much needed at present was to improve the infrastructure . He said that they will try its level best to provide every possible help to the blinds.
Lone urged upon the govt especially department of social welfare to frame few more effective schemes for the benefit and welfare of blinds.
