| Non gazetted handicrafts employees hailed admn for promotion orders | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Jan 4: A deputation of J&K Non Gazetted Handicrafts Employees Association Province led by state president Abdul Wahid and vice-president Vijay Singh Sambyal met with the Director Handicrafts Mehraj-ud-Din Kenu in his office chamber here today.
Interacting with the Director Handicrafts, Vijay Singh Sambyal appreciated the administration for issuance of fresh promotion orders in favour of Assistant Handicrafts Officers of Jammu province to the post of handicraft training officers and further hoped that under the guidance of Kenu fresh D.P.C of all cadres will also be held soon. Besides, other demands were discussed and the main thrust was given for creation of more promotion avenues for AHTO cadres, Ministerial Staff, Induces wing and even class 4th employees the issues of quasi permanent of the employees enhancement of trainees stipend study tours for the deserving employees funds for T/DE for the field staff were in the agenda points.
Director Handicrafts after hearing the demands put forth by the association leaders assured these issues will be settled in due course of time.
