| Primary school building inaugurated at Daddar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Udhampur Jan 6: Jammu and Kashmir Nationalist Panthers Party leader and MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia today inaugurated a primary school building, Daddar in Panchyat Barta of Udhampur Constituency. Hundreds of people from different villages gathered. The students from different schools also performed cultural programme on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Mankotia lauded the role of the students who participated in different cultural activities. Mankotia told the public that Rs 3.25 crore water supply scheme for village Ritti and Barta was on progress and will be completed in next coming year. He also announced 10,000 gallon water tank for village Daddar which will be completed in the current financial year .
Mankotia also assured the local public that the middle school Ritti will be up- graded to the level of high school in the current year which is long pending demand of the area.
Mankotia further assured the local public that in the coming year the old Phyt. Barta will be developed as Modal Panchyat. Others present included Girdhari Lal Padha, Shiv Dutt Sharma, Subash Singh, Vijay Singh, Jankar Singh .
