Anganwari Workers training concludes

UDHAMPUR, Jan 6: The training for 4th batch of Anganwari Workers from Chenani block being conducted in Job Training Institute for Anganwari Workers by Destitute and Handicapped Welfare Association (DAHWA) at Khoon, Majalta has concluded yesterday.
During the programme, 35 Anganwari workers were imparted training in child and mother-care, neo-natal health and hygiene besides were given necessary expertise in different education based crafts to be taught in Anganwari centres. The trainees were also provided required hostel facilities.Chairperson DAHWA, Mr. S. S. Sumbria distributed
certificates among the training pass outs and hoped the training will further improve the functioning in the Anganwari Centres.On the concluding day, the workers presented cultural programme and extended gratitude to the institute for ensuring them quality education and healthy hostel facilities.
