| PDP appoints Jagga as state secretary | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 7: Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed prominent political worker and senior leader of the party Jagjit Singh Jagga as state secretary of the organisation.
According to a press handout issued here today, PDP president Mehbooba Mufti has made the appointment of Jagga as state secretary of the party. Jagga a prominent leader of Jammu region had joined PDP two years back. Since joining the party, he has been actively participating in all programmes and other activities of PDP.
Expressing his gratitude towards party leadership for giving him important responsibility, Jagga assured that he will work with dedication and sincerity to spread message of PDP in every nook and corner of the State. PDP president has also nominated Sushila Jamwal as district president of Mahila wing of Jammu district.
