JKNPP holds WC meeting, advocates re-organisation of state | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Jan 7: Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today declared the agenda of the party for 2011 as re-organisation of the entire state of Jammu and Kashmir so that people of Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu may live in peace and communal harmony for all the time. The special Working Committee (WC) meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Chairman JKNPP Prof Bhim Singh, The Panthers Party emergency meeting of the Working Committee adopted various resolutions including separation of powers for Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu regions, separate assembly; separate budget, separate Chief Ministers, separate Delimitation, Constitutional guarantee in reservations for Minorities, ST, SC and OBC in all three regions under the mandate of Article 370 according to the %age of the population of each section as ascertained in the previous census, all the demands relating to autonomy, self-rule, Azadi, Statehood, Article 370 shall be addressed democratically and smoothly in the light of the aspirations of the people of all the regions. Prof Bhim Singh described this resolution this agenda as Madna-Carta of the people of Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu. The meeting was attended by others senior party leaders including State President and MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia, Provincial President Jammu, Faqir Nath and Provincial President, Kashmir, Farooq Ahmed Dar. Meanwhile, as many as thousand activists, mostly youth and students today joined the Panthers Party. Those who joined JKNPP led by Satish Kumar said that youth of Jammu and Kashmir shall fight for justice under the leadership of Panthers Party. Senior party leaders welcomed the new entrants to JKNPP.
