| MSME DI organizes valedictory function of skill devp prog | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 7: MSME Development Institute (DI), Jammu a nodal office of Ministry of MSME Government of India today organized valedictory function of two Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programmes one on Computer Hardware Assembling and Troubleshooting and another on Domestic Decorative Products (for women and physically handicapped unemployed youth).
Both the training programmes were started on November 23 and got
concluded on January 5. 22 participants from Training on Computer Hardware and 25 participants from Domestic Decorative Products successfully completed the training.
During these training programmes the participants were given skill inputs both on Computer Hardware Assembling & Troubleshooting and Domestic Decorative Products, besides this the participants were also given entrepreneurial inputs and were shown a roadmap to start their own ventures in the respective fields.
The valedictory function started with the address of B.N. Kapur, Asstt Director, MSME DI Jammu, who highlighted the scope and market potential of different decorative items. Shashi Raj, Programme Coordinator, MSME said that the present scenario of IT, it has became necessary to know everything about the computer hardware. He also told
that to be self employed, the participants can start their own business in the field of computer hardware and assembling. While delivering the valedictory address, Virinder Sharma, Director, MSME DI, Jammu told the participants to take maximum benefit out of these training programmes. He assured the participants all sort of help if they choose self employment as their career. Virinder Sharma also distributed the certificates to the successful participants. Others who spoke on this occasion were Gomti Sharma from GIF A Management and Sanjay Bharti.
