The delegation told Minister that the threatening and dictatorial attitude with reference to the controversial order got issued by Managing Director of the Corporation Satish Nehru vide No:- 115/GMA/CJ/JKTDC of 2010 dated 28.12.2010 under which a ban has been imposed on employees for taking part in Union activities. The Managing Director, JKTDC had befooled the Board of Director by getting approval of ban for employees not to indulge in union activities and be a part of any employee association, instead getting approval for the legitimate demands of the employees such as Regularization of Daily Rated Workers. Release of DA as per Govt. Order Release of COLA arrears etc. The Minister gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured them that every possible step will be taken by him for restoring the glory of the employees.
