| Abducted girl found, accused held | | |
JAMMU : A minor girl, who was on December 30 abducted by a youth from Kaintha in Ramnagar area of Udhampur, was today recovered by police from Ramnagar railway station.
Police sources said the youth was trying to take her to some unknown place when cops apprehended him. The girl was also recovered from his possession.
The girl was restored to her parents after her medical examination. The accused, against whom police had registered a case, was cooling his feet in the lockup. |
