DCM for involvement of youth in talent oriented activities | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, JANUARY 8:Lauding the role various talent nurturing institutes are playing in grooming youth of the state, the Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand said that involvement of youth in various talent oriented activities is the need of hour, so that they are able to get recognition of society and are able to demonstrate their talent at National and International levels. He said this while speaking at a prestigious function organized by the Spin-Inn Dance Institute, here today. On the occasion, Director Information Khwaja Farooq Renzu Shah was the guest of honor and renowned personalities from media, performing art, civil society and parents of the students attended the gala event. Applauding efforts of the institute, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the state is rich in talent and with right training youth of the state can make their mark at any given stage, adding that more such institutes need to be encouraged for grooming the talent. He also complimented Kailash Pachnanda and Veer Saraf mentors of Spin Inn Institute for their efforts. The function was organized on the conclusion of fifteen days dance workshop organized by Spin Inn institute. Children were trained by Ankush Kapoor, who is an alumnus of Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, UK.
