| Chib appointed Chairman VGA | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 9: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Ranjit Singh Chib has been appointed as Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Vegetable Grower Association (JKVGA).
According to handout issued here today, the association is affiliated with national horticulture board of the Union Agriculture ministry of agriculture. Meanwhile, Chairman Aromatic and Medicinal plants Growers Association of India Thakur Randhir Singh has asked growers to plead with government and Jammu municipal corporation (JMC) to provide space to the growers to put up their vegetable stalls like Haryana and Punjab so that they are able to sell their products to the consumers.
