Kranti Dal criticizes commercialization of medical services | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 9: Kranti Dal has strongly criticized Jammu and Kashmir government for its failure to stop commercialization of medical services. In a press note issued here today, Dal has stated that a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Preetam Sharma, Rajinder Bhagat and Jagdish Sudan wherein government failure was condemned and criticized. Bhagat said that government doctors have made their noble profession a business. They do not treat patients in government hospitals and instead compel them to come to their private clinics where they loot the poor patients by charging heavy consultation fee, added Bhagat. Jagdish Sudan said that government has become mute spectator. Kranti Dal has warned government doctors to do their duty with honesty and by progression. Others who were present in meeting included Rakesh Mehta, Bal Krishan, Viun Gupta, Rattan Sharma, Himanshu Bali and Ajay Singh.
