| Centaur hotel take over | | Soz urges JK Govt to approach MCA | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan 11: Former Union minister and State Congress Chief, Professor Saif-ud-Din Soz has been assured a fair deal viz-a-viz take over of Centaur lake View Hotel by the Jammu Kashmir government. The assurance, according to a statement issued by Soz this evening, was given by Praful Patel.
“I took up the matter regarding takeover of Centaur Lake View Hotel, Srinagar, by the J&K Government, with Shri Praful Patel, once again, today. Shri Praful told me that he had agreed in principle with me on this proposition, but the J&K Government had not taken up the matter with the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MCA) so far”, the statement said.
Soz also took up the matter of employees awaiting regularization for the past 16 years with the minister. “The Minister assured me that this issue will also be sorted out soon after the J&K Government approaches the Union Ministry of Civil Aviation with the take over proposal”, said the statement.
A convinced Soz urged the government of Jammu Kashmir to take up the matter with the concerned ministry as soon as possible.
