| Court rejects bail of `Supari’ Killer | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, January: 14 (JNF):- Special Municipal Magistrate Jammu, SS Bali today rejected the bail application of Suresh Kumar alleged Supari Killer who was arrested by the police in FIR No 164/2010 U/Ss 307/34/120-B RPC r/w section 3/25, 7/25 Arms Act.
Court after hearing the parties observed that the allegations against the accused are that he along with other accused namely Rakesh Kumar alias Giri, Yudhvir Singh alias Babloo and Sumit Choudhary alias Sunny Bawa hatched a conspiracy to eliminate S Sudershan Singh Wazir uncle the deceased Amandeep Singh, who is pursing the Amandeep Muder case, beside this, there are also allegations against the accused that he along with others made unsuccessful attempt to Kill SS Wazir.
Accordingly SSP Jammu constituted a Special Team to apprehend all the hard core criminals wanted in different criminal cases by different police stations in the district of Jammu and the said team arrested the accused who is presently lodged in Judicial Lock-Up. In the present case, investigation is in progress that accused is alleged to have committed the offence in which investigation is going on. Court is of the considered opinion that no case for grant of bail is made out and application of grant of bail is rejected. JNF
