Shortage of ration in rural areas exposed misdeeds of govt: PDP

Rajouri Jan 15 ; Criticizing National Confernece led coalition regime for adopting indifferent attitude towards burning problems of the common masses, Peoples Democratic Party today decided to come to streets to awake ruling elites from deep slumber.
Addressing monthly meeting of party workers of Rajouri, senior party leader and MLA Darhal Choudhary Zulfikar strongly condemned the government for its taking problems of the people seriously. He regretted that most of the people in twin border districts of Poonch and Rajouri have been facing acute shortage of essential commodities especially the ration but the authorities were not seriously in solving this problem. “Government has been adopting inhuman attitude towards emergent problem of the people”, he said and added that apathetic attitude of the government towards providing ration to the people was a clear indication that this regime was anti-poor.
Choudhary Zulfikar, who is district president of PDP Rajouri, said that during the last two years this regime has done nothing to solve problems of the people. He said that except promises this government has not taken any step to ameliorate lot of the people at grass root level.
He further said that coalition regime has exposed before the masses as the ruling National Conference has failed to fulfill all promises made with the people during the assembly elections. He said that it was ridiculous that State Government has been taking claims of accelerating development activities but performances of this regime seem to be appeared only on papers
PDP leader called upon party workers to launch a war against this regime because people have been suffering due to misdeeds of this government. He further said that being main opposition party PDP would not tolerate wrong policies of the this government as mute spectator.
