| Oil industries launch “Save Fuel Yaani Save Money” | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 15: Fortnightly “Save Fuel Yaani Save Money” awareness program of Oil and Gas Conservation by oil industries was inaugurated here today.
Awareness program was inaugurated by Transport Minister Qmar Ali Akhoon in the presence Commissioner CAPD Pradeep Gupta, Director CAPD Perez Malik, SLC Vikas Bahl, State Commissioner, Scouts and Guides I.D.Soni besides others officials of oil industries..
Speaking on the occasion, Minister said that it is very important to save natural products besides conservation of fuel and gas. By conserving these natural resources we can also save many things having deficiency in the country, he asserted.
He further added that the government had launched new scheme for 4000 population areas having gas agency and mentioned that various other such schemes for the benefits were in progress. These schemes would help the people of far flung and down trodden masses. Awareness campaign will be held in various part of the state to aware the general mass about the conservation of oil products and concludes on January 31.
