| DPN rues frequent power cuts in Poonch | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 15: DPN Youth wing Poonch has lamented the Power Development Department (PDD) for frequent electricity curtailments.
In a meeting of DPN held under the chairmanship of Vipul Bali, the members appealed to PDD department to follow the directive of the government.
While addressing the meeting, Vipul Bali said the people of Poonch district are facing one of the worst power crises as the unwanted power cuts and damaged transformers are the order of the day particularly in far flung areas.
He appealed to Chief Engineer PDD to look after the power scenario particularly in district Poonch, so that people may not suffer.,
