| Civil defense workshop underway | | | Jammu Nov 8
A weeklong civil defense workshop is being organized at “Gulshan Ground” by the J&K Civil Defense Organization with a motive for training the volunteers to tackle with any kind of natural or unnatural calamity. The workshop started on November 6 and will be concluded on November 13. The training program is being carried under the supervision of Dy. SP Civil Defense Manjeet Kour. The main focus of the workshop is on disaster management and role of Civil defense at the time of catastrophe.
