"Stopping sankalp yatra tantamount to appeasing separatists" | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Jan 16: Bharatiya Janta party National Executive Member Dr Nirmal Singh has termed the recent information pouring from the administration over posing obstruction to the upcoming Ekta Sankalp Rally as a maneuvering done to appease the separatists in the valley for the vote bank politics. He said that if the Chief minister Omar Abdullah while himself opposing the move of the nationalist people to hoist the national flag in the valley , is openly satiating the separatist agenda awhile listing an opinion that state is not an integral part of the country. " If the state administration itself is bent upon thwarting the move of the nationalist people in the valley, it apparently points towards the ideology of the state heads here doing the damage to its own people," said Dr Nirmal Singh. He also pointed towards the present crisis with which the state is faced with due to the wrong policies of the state as well as the centre government which have brought the state to the point of total wreck. " The hoisting o the national flag in any part of the country by a common man is a constitutional right and anybody opposing it proves beyond the iota of doubt that he is pursuing a separatist mindset. " Let the state administration answer that if national flag should not be hoisted at Lal Chowk, then which flag it intends to unfurl," queried the BJP national executive member.
