| HC comes to rescue of medicos | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan: 17 (JNF):- The High Court today came to the rescue of medicos interested in pursuing post-graduation in various fields.
In a petition filed by Paras Saini & Ors seeking direction to the respondents to allow them to participate in the selection process for MD/MS/ PG Diploma Course, Justice Sunil Hali issued notice to the respondents returnable within four weeks. After hearing the parties the court observed that in the meantime the application forms of the petitioners shall be accepted and they shall be allowed to participate in the selection process in pursuance to the notification No:1 BOPEE of 2011 dated January 3, 2011 for MD/MS/ PG Diploma Course at their own risk and responsibility. However, there result shall not be declared till further orders. JNF
