First basic computer training under e-court held | | | Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Jan 17: First basic computer based training programme modeled by ‘e -court’ Udhampur aiming to train employees of district Judiciary was inaugurated by Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur A.K Sharma in the District Court Complex here today. First basic computer based training programme was formally inaugurated during the function in the presence of Principal District and Sessions Judge , Additional Sessions Judge Nighat Sultana, Chief Judicial Magistrate Mohinder Kumar Sharma and Munsiff Judicial Magistrate First class Anoop Kumar Sharma , and members of the District Bar Association . Soon all five courts of the district headquarter will be connected with each other and complete database will be controlled by the server room. Speaking on the occasion, A.K Sharma said that District court will be a model court and in coming time tehsil courts will also be connected to access the database. He said that aim of setting up e-court is to save time and bring transparency in the functioning of the courts . Earlier, Chief Judicial Magistrate Mohinder Kumar Sharma threw light on the concept and functioning of e-court’. A team led by Neeraj Bhardwaj System Officer, Sahil Gupta and Priya system assistants will provide training to the staff in phased manner.
