| Facilities available in Jammu colonies reviewed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 18: Speaker of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Mohammad Akbar Lone today convened meeting of officers of Jammu Development Authority (JDA), Revenue and Housing Board to review housing sector and facilities made available at various housing colonies of Jammu district.
Minister for Revenue, Raman Bhalla was also present in the meeting. Meeting discussed modalities for providing civic amenities to the people and it was assured that action taken report will be furnished to the Speaker within two months.
Lone directed concerned to speed up pace of work on all under execution works and complete same within stipulated time frame. Among others, Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue Aijaz Iqbal, Commissioner/Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Suresh Kumar, District Development Commissioner (DDC) Jammu Sanjeev Verma, Vice-Chairman (VC) JDA Vinod Kumar, Managing Director (MD) Housing Board Daleep Thusoo and Collector, Housing Board also attended the meeting.
