| Committee on privileges meets | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 18: A meeting of the committee on privileges of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held under the Chairmanship of MLA Abdul Majid Wani here today.
Threadbare discussion was held on Breach of Privilege against DSP Traffic Srinagar City, ASI Abdul Jabbar and subordinate staff moved by MLA Pampore Mir Zahoor Ahmad. Committee decided that these officials will be summoned before the committee to explain their position in the first instance.
Legislators, Kafeel-ur-Rehman, Javed Mustafa Mir, Syed Basharat Ahmad Bukhari, Peer Afaq Ahmad and Smt. Indu Pawar, besides concerned senior officers of assembly secretariat attended the meeting.
