| BAR Association condemns derogatory remarks against Munsif | | ‘‘Demand action against culprits’ | | JAMMU NOV-08-
STRONGLY condemning a report published in a newspaper using some derogatory and contemptuous words against a Judge, the Bar Association Samba has demanded stern action against the anti-social elements involved in creation of unruly scene at Samba on November 4 last.
The Bar Association in a meeting held under the President- ship of Thakur Sukhdev Singh Advocate and attended by all the Bar Members discussed the news published by a Hindi Newspaper using derogatory remarks against Munsif JMIC Samba.
While condemning the failure of the administration to defuse the situation, the Bar Association has demanded appropriate action against the anti-social elements involved in creating nuisance in the Court.
In the meantime the Bar members suspended the work on the seventh day today against the ugly episode.
