| 6th Gufran Cricket final on Feb 6 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
DODA, Jan 19: The final of All India Gufran Memorial T-20 Cricket Championship 2010 will be held on February 6 at Jammu University Ground.
The decision to this effect was made in a meeting of the office bearers of Young Star Cricket Club (YSCC) Doda held here today which was chaired by its Patron Manzoor Ahmed Bhatt.
Bhatt however said that we had organized other five state and national level cricket championships at Doda but last year in 2010 due to the deteriorated and worst condition of Sports Stadium Doda we had shifted the venue from Doda to Reasi, the final of which was still pending. He further said due to the earlier prevailing situation in Jammu and
Kashmir, we are not able to hold the final of same and now we have announced the date of final for February 6.
YSCC Doda has also approached Chief Minster Omar Abdullah to grace the final match as Chief Guest and we are expecting his presence on the final occasion, said Bhatt in the meeting.
