| Excise dept employees demand removal in pay anomaly | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 19: All J&K Excise and Commercial Taxes Employees Executive Union (AJKECTEEU) has demanded removal of pay anomaly besides revival of post of Hawaldar and ASI in the department. The demands were raised in a meeting of the Union held here today
under the chairmanship of Surinder Singh Bagal and Romesh Kumar.
The other main point highlighted during the meeting was the safety of employees of Excise and Taxation department while serving at different check posts. During the meeting various problems being faced by the employees of excise and taxation department especially guards and sub-inspectors were also highlighted.
Rajan Vikrant , Bhopinder Singh, Narjeet Singh, Salinder Singh, Kamaljeet Singh Shan, Aryavir Singh Jamwal , Aftab Ahmad, Harish Chander, Raj Kumar Sadotra , Md. Asif Naik , Parmajeet Singh, Md. Nadeem and others attended the meeting
