| DCC discusses arrangements for Gandhi’s martyrdom day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan 20: To observe the martyrdom day of father of nation Mahatma Gandhi on January 30, the District Congress Committee, Jammu (Urban) today organized a meeting to discusses the preparations for the party function at PCC headquarters.
The meeting was attended by all block presidents and office bearers of District Congress Committee.
The function shall be presided over by PCC chief Prof Saifuddin Soz and attended by a senior central leader of the party.
Besides the District Congress Committee, the frontal organizations of the party are also mobilizing party cadre for the function. The District Congress Committee led by its president Om Chopra appraised PCC about the mobilization to make the function a grand success. The PCC and DCC leaders discussed the various arrangements and mobilization programme for the function.
The meeting was presided over by senior Vice President PCC and former MP Dharam Pal Sharma and attended by Th.
