| Patient airlifted from Gurez | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Jan 20: One lady Khadima Begum who had got injured at Gurez in an accident and received multiple fractures was airlifted in IAF Chopper from Dawar (Gurez) to Srinagar and admitted in Bone & Joint Hospital, Srinagar
According to an official handout issued here today, it has been stated that MLA Gurez Nazir Gurezi received information about the injured lady and spoke to Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir Dr Asgar Samoon. He requested that the injured patient be airlifted and accordingly a requisition was made by Deputy Commissioner Bandipore Manzoor Ahmed Lone to IAF authorities to airlift the patient.
Despite unfavorable weather conditions, pilot of the IAF Chopper flew to Gurez and airlifted the injured lady to Srinagar.vChief Medical Officer Srinagar deputed ambulance to the Technical Airport and the injured lady was brought to Bone & Joint Hospital.
