| TCCSMS, Times of India to holds ‘Navadiya 2011’ | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 20: Trikuta College of Computer Science and Management Studies (TCCSMS) in collaboration with “Times of India” are going organize 3-day mega talent hunt programme entitled “Navadiya 2011” in the premises of College from January 22 to 24.
This was disclosed by Chairman, Trikuta Group of Colleges Dr Roop Lal Sharma while addressing media-persons. Explaining purpose of holding such event, he said that motive behind organizing such function is to provide an opportunity to talented students to showcase their knowledge and creativity. He further said that teams of many prominent colleges have sent their entries to participate in the event.
Briefing about the event, Principal TCCS Shabir Khan said that mega event comprises of many interesting and educative components like Quiz, Group Discussion, Personality Test, Ad-Mad Show, Launch of Products, Pamlet Making, Web Page designing, Model making, Fashion show, Rangoli, Skit, Dance Salad making and many other such interesting events.
He added that TCCS has planned to promote such activities in the city of temples and this would help students a lot, particularly those studying in professional colleges. Prominent among those who were present on the occasion included Amita Gupta, Imran Khan, Munish Dhar and Pardeep Dutta.
