| Kulsooma remanded to 10 day police custody | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan: 20 :- Principal Sessions Judge Jammu (Special Judge EAO CASES) AK Shan today granted 10 day police remand of Kulsooma Begum wife of Tariq Ahmed brother of Ghulam Nabi Sheikh alias Javaid Qureshi Divisional Commander Hizbul Mujahideen who was produced by the police before the Court with the application seeking 15 days police remand for investigation.
The Court granted 10 day police remand with the direction to get the accused medically examined after every 48 hours and also directed after completion of the 10 days produced the lady before the Court.
Kulsooma Begum wife of Tariq Ahmed Sheikh r/o Malmat was arrested from GMC and booked under Sections 409/411 RPC, 3 Enemy Agent Ordinance and 7/25 Arms Act. As per the police case, she was allegedly working as over ground worker of HM. JNF
