| LA panel adopts code of conduct report | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 21: Meeting of Ethics Committee (EC) of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held under the chairmanship of MLA, Dr. Mustafa Kamaal here today.
Committee discussed recommendations for model code of conduct to be observed by the members and after threadbare discussion, the committee considered and adopted the 2nd report of eleventh Legislative Assembly in addition to the code of conduct contained in its first report of the ethics committee. Committee also authorized the chairman of the committee to move in the House the Motion for adoption of the recommendations contained in this report.
Legislators, Mohammad Khalil Bandh, Choudhary Zulfkar Ali, Krishan Chander, Bharat Bhushan, Abdul Razaq Waggay, Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat, Lal Chand, Indu Pawar and Radhey Sham Sharma and concerned senior officers of Assembly Secretariat attended the meeting.
