| Two un-licensed drug shops sealed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, JANUARY 22-Assistant Controller Drugs Kathua along with the team of Drug Inspector conducted inspections of drug shops in Trans-Ravi area of Keerian and Gandyal of Kathua district. The two persons namely Deepak Kumar Son of Shri Gian Chand Residence of Keerian and Ashok Kumar Son of Shri Anchal Singh Residence of Gandial were found running unlicensed shops which were sealed on the spot.
The Assistant Controller drugs advised the drug dealers to adhere to the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and rules there under failing which action under rules shall be taken against the defaulters.
