Clerical body rejects statement of Ladakhi

Jammu Jan 23 : Rejecting outrightly the statement of a self styled leader Sayeeda Ladakhi wherein she has stated that a joint meeting of clerical employees and JCC has been conducted, the Jammu, Kashmir Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association, state president Bashir Malik today said neither any joint meeting of clerical cadre/JCC has been held nor anybody among them has attended such fake meeting.
Malik said that neither of the members which includes , Ani! Mehta Chairman, Sukhbir Singh Sudan General Secretary and senior leader lCC, Ravi Razdan Chief Coordinator, C.L.Koul Senior Vice President,n R.P Sharma State Advisor has attended such fake meeting and the self styled leader has no right to issue of statement as State convener of clerical cadre
Ravi Singh Bhau, Provincial President criticized the State Government for its pick and choose policy by removing pay anomalies of different cadres and discriminating the clerical cadre by not issuing the orders for removal of pay anomalies of 5th Pay Commission and grant the pay scale or 4000-6000 to junior assistants, -4500-7000 to Sr. Assistants/Steno Typists and 5500-9000 to Head Assistants/ Jr. Stenographers w.e.f I-1-1996 notionally despite assurance given in the meeting held on June 15, 20 10 at Srinagar.
R.P. sharma said that seven months has been lapsed and the Government has adopted the deli delaying tactics and maintaining the criminal silence on the just and genuine demands.
The participants out rightly rejected the Government Order No : - 07-F of 2011 Dated:- 18- 01-2011 for non payment or arrears or6,h Pay Commission to the State Government Employee /Public Sector Employees/Pensioners. They also warned to release the DA Installments due from July 2010.
Others present in the meeting included Sukhbir Singh Sudan, C.L. Koul, Ravi Razdan, Ravi Kumar, Anoop Sharma, Uday Singh Pathnia, Brijesh Mehta, Hamid Hussain Kuldeep Kotwal, Kuldeep Kumar, J.R. Sagar, Latief Qurshi, Roshan Lal, Mohan Lal, Gurcharan Singh, Ram Dass, Birbal Sharma, Kuldecp Singh, Gdrmeet Singh, Kirpal Singh, Ranbir Singh Bhau, Anil Sharma, Onkar Sharma, Rajinder Kumar, Gurdev Singh, Darshan Kumar Thappa, Madam Sarita Rani Wadhera, Madam Kamlesh Dutta, Anita Sharma, Sunita Devi, Jaideep Singh, Darshan Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Onkar Sharma Raj Kumar Verma .
