| PA of High Court Judge manhandled | | SHO Satwari, PP Incharge Gadi-Garh attached | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan 24 :- Work in the High Court today remained suspended for the first half when the High Court Personal Staff Association registered protest against manhandling and illegal confinement of the PA of Justice MA Attar by SHO Satwari and Incharge Police Post Gadi Garah.
The Association demanded stern action against the erring police officers. The SSP Jammu attached the erring police officers with the District police Lines, Jammu till further orders.
A complaint was also filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jammu seeking a direction for registration of an FIR against the police officials.
Meanwhile, the Registrar Judicial of the High Court assured an independent enquiry against the police officials. Later the staff resumed work.JNF
