BJP vitiating atmosphere through Ekta Yatra: SSH | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu Jan 24: Accusing Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) of disturbing peace in Jammu and Kashmir, Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) today said that Sena was against the Ekta Yatra as it would create law and order problem in the state. Addressing a press conference, president SSH Dimpy Kohli said that BJP and BJYM was trying to use the rally as political bargain and for vote bank politics. He said that it will further strengthen and unite the separatist forces in the state, who already are trying to revive their anti-national agenda. “What is need of hoisting the flag at Lal chowk when entire country knows that tricolour is hoisted by the security forces in every part of the state flag is hoisted on the Republic day. Is BJP more nationalist than others”, Kohli said. He said that this Yatra will disturb the peaceful atmosphere of Jammu & Kashmir and will give fodder to the separatist forces to again use youth for stone pelting. He said that the yatra has already disturbed the business activities and tourist arrival during the past few weeks. “It is creating problem for the pilgrims who visit the Vaishno Devi shrine as they have to face the harassment from the police”, he said. Shiv Sena has said that business activity has also been hit as pilgrims and tourists are skipping Jammu from their tour schedule for fear of violence.
