| Omar is not a CM of an independent state: Chaman | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Jan 24 : Clarifying the fact that the Jammu and Kashmir is not an independent state and Omar is not the Chief Minister of that Independent state, former union Minister and Bhartiya Janta party (BJP) senior leader Prof Chaman Lal said Omar Abdullah is a CM of Jammu and Kashmir which is an integral part of India.
Addressing a press conference held here today, the BJP leader said that it was unfortunate that the PM and CM both are feeling uneasiness regarding the flag hoisting by the BJYM supporters, who after travelling hundreds of miles are arriving Jammu to hoist tri-color in valley on January 26.
He further added the Ekta Yatra was nothing but against the failure of Omar government to control the separatists, who is encouraging the extremists to disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the state.
He further maintained that it is final that the Ekta Yatra under the leadership of Anurag Thakur would hoist Indian Flag in valley on January 26 .
