JAMMU Jan 27: Students of Nav Yug Higher Secondary School, who got certificates of merit in different field for their outstanding performance, were felicitated by Avantika, a group of contemporary artists and intellectuals at a function organized on the 62nd Republic Day. The certificates were distributed by M.L Abrol, President, Avantika and Commissioner, Avantika H.S Jamwal.
