| Power shut down | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 27: In order to carry out routine/preventive maintenance of various equipments at Jhajjar Kotli Grid Station and for relay testing of CTs checking the behavior of relays/breakers at Canal Grid Station, the shut down is allowed to Reasi, Phalatta, Jindrah, Katra and Bhawan, Salal-I & II and SMVDU from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m besides 33 KV Canal, 33 KV Company Bagh, 33 KV Medical, 33 KV Satwari, 33 KV Chatta, 33 KV Tope & 33 KV Tope-II from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. on January 30. Meanwhile, in order to carry out TAN DELTA tests on power transformers and routine maintenance of various equipments installed in the Grid Station Sidhra and Grid Sub-Station Gangyal, the shut down is allowed
to Sidhra, Bahufort, Malori, Jagir and Batra Medical College from 9.00 a .m. to 12.00 noon besides Gangyal Industrial Complex, Trikuta Nagar, Greater Kailash, Seora and Babliana from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. tomorrow.
Similarly, in order to carry out the thickening of the conductor, the power supply to the areas 33/11 KV R/Stns Purkhoo, Marh & Gajansoo will remain affected from tomorrow till February 3 from 10.00 a.m. to
4.00 p.m. According to Chief Engineer, Elect Maintenance & RE Wing, Jammu, the shut down is subjected to fair weather conditions.
