| Court again defer statements of prime witnesses | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU Jan: 27 :- The court of Second Additional Sessions Judge today deferred the statement of the prime witness in Amandeep Murder case as the Public Prosecutor was not present.
The court fixed next date of hearing for recording the statements of prime witnesses of the case. Today all the accused namely Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sarwar Bukari, Constable Raj, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Choudhary Rakesh Singh were present.
It is worth mentioning here that on December 6, 2010 Court framed charges and had fixed the case for hearing today. JNF/JANUARY/27/2011/2
