As per meeting held earlier with Hon’ble Deputy Chief minister Muzzafer Husssain Baig and Hon’ble Minister of PHE & Irrigation Qazi Mohd. Afzal by I.N.T.U.C. President regarding enhancement of wages of Community participation workers and 2-1/2 days pay field staff and engagement of member of the family from whom the land has been taken for installation of PHE Station. The government has now decided to enhance the rate of different rats of community participant’s workers up to 2100/- per month and one day pay to field staff. The INTUC and PHE Employees Association President Shiv Kumar Sharma has warmly thanked the government for accepting the long pending genuine demands and also expecting that other demands will be looked into soon, like regularization of left out daily wagers.
