| Former SSP seeks medical examination | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan: 28 :- In an application filed by Former SSP Manohar Singh facing trial in much publicized Amandeep case, presently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Bhalwal Jammu has sought medical examination.
The Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu keeping in view the submissions made by the counsel for the accused and no objection by the Special Public Prosecutor, directed Superintendent Central Jail Kot-Bhalwal Jammu to get the accused Manohar Singh examined by the Jail doctor and if Jail doctor advises for tests and examination in the GMC by any specialists, in that case Superintendent shall take him in custody to GMC hospital Jammu for medical check-up. With these directions Court disposed of the application filed by the accused. JNF
