| TAC to meet on Feb10 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, JAN 28: To suggest measures for streamlining transport services across the State,Transport Advisory Committee (TAC) will meet on February 10 for the first time.
The Committee under the chairmanship of Minister for Transport Qamar Ali Akhoon will work out comprehensive policy inputs to effectively co-coordinate between transport agencies and concerned departments so that commuters of the State are facilitated in a big way.
The Committee is expected to hold discussions over host of issues including traffic regulation, rising incidence of mishaps, parking slots, overloading etc.
MLC, T.S. Wazir, Ex- MP, Janak Raj Gupta and Choudhary Piara Singh have been invited as special invitees.
